Meet Shimon Hanfling.
As the founder of Master Lead Solutions, Shimon brings years of hands-on residential assessment experience, built through on-site inspections for window and door replacement projects across Cleveland’s older housing stock.
Recognizing the need for qualified lead hazard professionals in the area, he completed both the Ohio Lead Inspector and Ohio Lead Risk Assessor training programs, as well as the EPA Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) certification. His background in spotting structural decay and paint deterioration helps him find lead hazards others might miss.
